Meet the owner:
As I’m sure you are already aware, my name is Tim, and I would like to briefly share with you why my philosophy on exercise and health is not only critical to me, but what I believe to be critical to the human species.
The beginning of my journey was preceded by an epiphany that was a major encounter to the truth; for nearly 23 years of my life, I did not take care of myself. I ate whatever, did nothing, and such lack of discipline manifested into every factor of my life.
I was unmotivated, overweight, inactive, and unhappy. I was unhappy because I knew what I saw in the mirror could have been so much more. I’m not talking about some monumental unrealistic dream, but rather something that every person is capable of accomplishing; self improvement.
True, deep, profound, personal, achievement, and I was too lazy to even try, for so long. The epiphany which led to my change boiled down to two simple choices: One day, or Day one. It is self evident which decision I made, and to this day I am unable to fully articulate the positive impact this lifestyle has done for my life.
It has given me structure, it has taught me discipline, it has shown me the value of long & hard work, it has given me the confidence that was necessary to meet the love of my life, it has changed nearly everything that I can conceive, and that is truly something I wish everyone could experience.

I am a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, nutrition & behavioral coach specialist, as well as a human bodywork specialist licensed by the state of California.
From complete beginners to professional athletes, my experience & client versatility has acquired me the skills to be the best coach that I can be, the kind of coach that you deserve.

From the wise words of my father; “knowledge is power.” A commitment to knowledge means staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in areas such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, rehabilitation strategies, nutrition, sports science, and massage therapy in order to adapt and solve problems. A common method I utilize is “teach as I go” for it is essential for this knowledge to be shared with you. The more you know about the body, the better you can navigate through your health & wellness journey.
Promoting independence and confidence, empowerment is about helping individuals feel confident in their own body and abilities. Enabling them to take control of their health and wellness journey. Whether through nutrition coaching, corrective exercise, or improving performance, the goal is to build self-efficacy.
Here at Revitalized Motion, we integrate physical therapy, fitness training, and sports massage to address the body as a whole, promoting balance and long-term health. This emphasizes treating the entire person, not just focusing on symptoms. Whether it be strengthening the body, aiding recovery, or improving movement patterns, your wellness is my priority, just as it should be yours. Our bodies were designed to move, I just help make it easier to do so.
